Cotton Candy

Hey Everyone!

First off I would like to say I’m sorry for not posting yesterday, I had a few assignments to finish and by the time I was done I ended up forgetting that I needed to make a post on here. Anyways, on with what I plan on talking about today.

This week I was reminded to remember the little things in life that can make you happy, because happiness is the part of life that makes it amazing. It can be as simple as giving and getting a complement, do something that can make someone else happy, and even enjoying something you loved as a child. This week was kind of a stressful week for me because I have a had a lot to do for school lately, and I have had trouble finding a job but all of that went away when I enjoyed some cotton candy. Yes, cotton candy. My residence’s eatery likes to have theme nights sometimes and it was themes diner night which included diner foods, a root beer float, and some good old cotton candy. Now I don’t know about the rest of you, but I know when I have cotton candy I feel like a kid again having the time of my life at a fair. I was wonderful. I have always loved cotton candy, it’s light, fluffy, melts in your mouth, and overall tastes fantastic, but I think for me what has always made it good it that I have never understood how sugar can turn into almost something that looks like cotton or wool, and then melt in your mouth in just a few seconds.  Cotton candy is something that can instantly make me feel happy and experience wonderment no matter how I was feeling beforehand.

This isn’t the only thing that can make me feel this way, but I forgot how amazing cotton candy was until I had it this week. So when you’re feeling down do something that makes you happy, and even giving someone a compliment or paying for someone’s coffee will make the other person happy and you’d be surprised at how good it can make you feel by doing something for someone else.
The wonderfully delicious cotton candy I had.

Take care! xxx
