Hey everyone!
So last Wednesday I moved into my own place so I was very
busy with moving, unpacking, and cleaning so I was unable to make all of my
usual posts last week but I have mostly everything unpacked now and just have a
pit of cleaning to do so I am all set to make the posts that I want. Today I
have another recipe that I want to share with everyone because it’s good,
healthy, and very easy to make.
This is something that I love especially as a substitute to
usually breakfast foods, and it is a peanut butter and banana smoothie. I
started making this a few years ago and it is still one of my favourite
smoothies to make. I’ve shared this with friends, one of which was reluctant to
try it, and as soon as she has a taste I converted her and had her making it
almost every day. So this is definitely something you might like.
For this you will need:
A blender
A banana
Peanut butter
A single serving yogurt cup
Milk
For this I used a Magic Bullet instead of a blender but
either is fine to use because they both have the same end result. So first you
start off with breaking up a banana into smaller chunks making it easier to
blend.
Then add about two teaspoons of peanut butter.
After the peanut butter it is time to add your choice of yogurt.
I recommend either vanilla or a fruit flavoured one just so it isn't a very prominent
taste.
After you add the yogurt add about a cup of
milk to start and if the smoothie is too thick add more milk.
Finally, Blend!
