Hey everyone!
I don't know about you but in my school recently there has been some kind of cold going around and it hit me about last Saturday. I have been super sick all week and I still have yet to get rid of the cold. I sincerely hope that you have not gotten this because it is the WORST! Anyways... that is enough of my little rant on my very annoying and persistent cold.
So as some of you may know, if you have been following my blog for the past couple of months I have developed a love for Clinique products. So before I just bought the Cleansing Foam form their Acne Solutions line but because i loved that so much I recently got their second step in that line and that is their Clarifying Lotion.
I have to say that I am so in love with this line of acne products. I am noticing a significant difference in my skin, I am getting less acne and even my skin tone is evening out and I couldn't be happier! The Clarifying Lotion is very gentle on the skin, you may feel a slight hot sensation but that is pretty normal for cleansers . When using it you shake it up because the lotion in the bottle will sink to the bottom after every use so make sure you shake it well, and when I use it I put about 2-3 dabs on a cotton pad and wipe my face, my chest, and my neck. After purchasing this I noticed just after a few days of using this a great difference in my skin.
Today, I will actually be adding to my collection of Clinique Acne Solutions products because I am going to be getting their step 3 All-Over Clearing Treatment. So I will soon be letting you know what that product is like!
Anyways, I hope you all have a great week and that you all stay healthy and do not get this cold that I have!
Take care! xxx

Stress!
Hey everyone,
So today I want to talk about stress and the things that come
with having stress. So my life right now is pretty crazy because I finished my
first year of university so I’ve been back home since April 12th
which has been really nice since I’ve gotten to spend time with my family and
see some friends that I haven’t seen for a couple months. So as nice as it has
been being back home for the past month I am actually moving into my own place
with four other girls in just two days. As much as I am excited about having my
own place, I am also very stressed because I still have yet to find a job and I
am waiting to see if I will be getting a line of credit that I applied for.
Now I know it sounds silly to be moving into my own place
without having a job to support myself but I signed for the house back in February
and figured by this point in time that I would have found a job by now. I was
wrong. I have been looking for a job for quite a while now but I started
seriously looking in March, and by seriously looking I mean looking online every
day to see if any jobs have opened up positions. I did end up having an
interview almost a month ago and did get the job but I was unable to accept it
due to unavailable transportation, which really sucked but there wasn’t
anything I could do about it. So not only am I moving into my house on
Wednesday I have an interview that day as well as on Thursday so fingers
crossed that I get at least one of those jobs. As I also mentioned, I also
applied for a line of credit because I am worried that I will not have to money
to financially support myself and I will hear if I get it or not by either this
upcoming Friday or early next week. So, I have a lot on my plate and it’s been
getting to me more and more as these dates have been getting closer and this
stress has taken a toll on me.
The stress that I have been facing is mostly due to
financial stress because I do not currently have a job and won’t be able to
support myself fully when I move out in a couple days, but I am also experiencing
stress because I am officially moving out of my mom’s house and will be off on
my own in this big scary world. The stress symptoms that I have been getting in
the past week is that my skin has decided to turn on me and breakout which
sucks but I am getting it under control ( or at least more than it has been)
and that I have been losing sleep. I can deal with my skin with products and
whatnot but my loss of sleep has been really effecting me but making me moody,
obviously exhausted, and stress more. In the past week on average I get about a
maximum of four hours of sleep a night and this isn’t because I’ve had caffeine
or eating before bed because I am watching what I’m drinking and eating, It’s
all due to stress. There isn't much to do in this situation but wait it out and
wait to move in, have my interviews, and wait for the results for the line of
credit. Now I am hoping by the end of
this week and into next week my stress will be relieved by hearing some good
news but If not I will have to take action in finding some ways to reduce the
stress.
Anyways, that is it for today. I know this post is kind of
long but I wanted to express how I've been for the past week because it sucks
but a lot of people go through this and it’s good to get it out to the public
and show that it’s normal but people deal with this kind of thing differently
than others. Hopefully you are living a stress free life but if not let me know
what you are stressing over, and how you deal with it!

My Daily Skin Care Routine!
Hey everyone!
Today I thought I would talk about my daily skin care
routine. I have a skin type that is generally oily so I tend to breakout more
often than other skin types. Lately my skin has been pretty good but because my
final exams are coming up, and yours might be as well, and that means that
breakouts become more of a possibility due to stress.
So here is my routine:
Step 1:
When I wake up the first thing that I will do is go into the
washroom and rinse my face with warm water to make my skin feel refreshed after
sleeping.
Step 2:
I will than have a shower and wash my face with the Clean
& Clear Continuous Control Acne Cleanser.
Step 3:
After my shower I will put on my Clean & Clear Morning
Burst Hydrating Gel Moisturizer.
Step 4:
At the end of the day before I go to bed I will put on the
Clean & Clear Acne Spot Treatment if there is any prominent spots.
Step 5:
Finally after putting on the spot treatment I will put on my
acne control moisturizer just so my skin be treated overnight.
So yeah, that is my daily skin care routine. If you have any
questions let me know and let me know what you do for you skin care routine
because I love trying new products!
Take care! xxx
