Almost Died of Laughter!

Hey everyone!

So my video of the week is absolutely hilarious! I laughed so hard when I watched this video and I've watched it a few times since then, and I am laughing just as much. If you love Tyler Oakley and/ or Marcus Butler, or even if you don't like them ( are you crazy?) you will LOVE THIS!

So a simple explanation is that this is two guys, inhaling helium, and doing impressions. How is this hilarious? Well, Tyler's laugh is amazing, their impressions are... not the greatest, and did I mention they inhaled helium? If you don't believe (and even If you do) WATCH THIS VIDEO! A lot of my friends are awesome and amazing but they don't all share my love of the internet :( So if you watch this video, or have already watched let me know and we can chat a bit about this or any topic you like!

There is also an outtakes video of this video on Marcus Butlers second channel which is moremarcus so if you liked this, watch the other video too! :)

I promise I will get my schedule back in order and as of next week I will be posting on my usual days! I will be posting an entry this Sunday just because i know I missed one this week, and I will explain more about that on Sunday!

Take care! xxx

Always Have Confidence

Hey everyone!

So for my video of the week I wanted to bring it to a more serious topic because the past few weeks have been more fun and entertaining videos, which is fine,  but it's nice to talk about the serious stuff as well.

A video came out this week which spoke about a girls confidence and it made me think that still in today's world we in some situations can still be seen as not as good as a boy. Now don't get me wrong this is not some big rant about feminism but as this video shows there is a line when we grow up that is crossed where we no longer have the same confidence as we did when we were younger. This could be a factor of many things, situations, and people but clearly there is something wrong when a 10 year old knows to be themselves to say a 16 who has taken an idea to heart and no longer thinks of a "girl" as a positive thing.

As you can probably tell this is a video of multiple people both female and male in varying ages acting "like a girl". All of the male's make girls out to be a group of people that can't properly do something, for example not able to throw a ball properly. Not only is it the males that think this, it is also the older females too. There is hope though, because the younger girls show the proper way to throw, run, and fight, they don't act like a group of people that are weaker they act like a group of the same level. This is a video that will really make you question your out look on certain things but definitely in a good way. Always did a fantastic job on this video, not matter if it was for promotional purposes or not, it was really well done and was able to get their point across.

That is it for this week! I hope you all have a fantastic weekend and let me know if you have any questions!

Crazy Plans and Vloging!

Hey everyone!

So for my video for this week has a few purposes for me to share. First this is a very busy week for me, I am leaving tomorrow morning to spend the day in Toronto for my friends birthday and then tomorrow night I travel to my home town because I'm going down to visit my family for a few days. I will be back to Guelph for the afternoon on Wednesday and then I am leaving for Toronto on Thursday to spend time with one of my best friends and will be back home on July 6th. So with all of this up coming craziness I have decided that I'm going to make vlogs of both my exciting weekends, so those will be up in the next few weeks!

The second part of my reasoning is that have been watching Zoe's or  Zoella's,  as she is known on YouTube, daily vlogs for the month of June everyday. I really enjoy watching daily vlog type videos because I can get new ideas of activities that I can do with my friends and watching them you can feel as if you are really able to see your favourite YouTubers in an unscripted manner which I think is pretty awesome. Now I chose Zoella's vlogs becuase I love the way that she vlogs and that she is very truthful in the way that she acts and even looks, because she'll show the world how she looks with no make-up on which not a lot of people would do. Anyways go watch her main channel and second channel because she makes wonderful videos that I am sure you would love!

My third reasoning is as you may or may not know I spend most of my time on the internet, in which I spend my time blogging and watching YouTube videos. Now in the next few weeks I plan on posting regular videos of me talking about things including fashion, beauty and just regular old life stuff. The reason I'm not currently doing this is because I am still in the process of setting up my room which should be complete in the next few weeks. This is not the first time that I have made videos for my YouTube channel, but I am basically restarting my channel from scratch because I love making videos the only problem that I have is my computer because it is not the best for editing. Around September I will be getting a Macbook Pro so I can make the best videos i possible can (aslo, I have been wanting one for quite awhile!.)

My last reasoning is that seeing all the vlogs from Playlist Live and Vidcon has made me very jealous that I wasn't able to attend so I plan on getting tickets to Playlist Live for February 2015 and I'm hoping next years Vidcon too. It might seem weird that I'm thinking about all of this now but tickets for Playlist go on sale soon so it's not completely crazy!

Anyways watch the video because I promise that you will love it! So if you have any questions about me vloging or my crazy schedule let me know!

The Trevor Project

Hey everyone!

Today I am sharing a very important video that is about something that I participated in a few months ago! Now I have been a avid watcher of Tyler Oakley's videos for quite a few years now and when I saw a video about how he, for his birthday would be starting a fundraiser for a organization called The Trevor Project.

If you are not familiar with what The Trevor Project is, it is an organization that focuses on helping prevent suicide in LGBTQ youth by providing sources and a 24/7 hotline to those who need someone to talk to. So Tyler Oakley first set goal amount was reached and by the end of his fundraising he was able to raise more than $500,000.  I did donate to this fundraiser because anybody no matter who they choose to love or who they are should be treated with the respect that everyone deserves. I wasn't able to donate much because I was in school at the time and wasn't working, but I was able to donate $25 dollars which isn't but knowing that I could have maybe had a hand in helping someone choose to live, rather than end their life.

So all in all this is a video that showcases what Tyler Oakley was able achieve with the help of his people. I was lucky enough to be a part of this and I wanted to share this with all of you to make you aware of this fantastic foundation and the amazing things that someone can do to help people.

For making my donation I did get a postcard which makes the fact that I could have helped someone so much more real and it is something that I will hold onto for the rest of my life. If you wan to know more about you can visit The Trevor Project or ask me and I can find out for you!

This is the postcard that I received for donating

Very Relatable!

Hey everyone!

So I found this video and thought it was perfect for my Favourites On Friday ( that is what I am calling Fridays entry from now on.) This is a short video so if you only have a couple minutes to spare you will be able to watch this. As soon as this video started I knew right away that this was the video that I wanted to talk about this week because I completely relate to the topic of this video.

If you don't know who this is, I will be shocked! This is an amazing YouTuber and goes by AmazingPhil. He is one of the popular British YouTubers, and for a good reason. He has this way of keeping his audience entertained and engaged throughout his videos which is a key quality that I look for when I watch videos.

Anyways, at the beginning of this video he talks about spots appearing just as you are going to do something like get you pictures taken. This is so relatable for me because it seems just as my skin has cleared up it breaks out as soon as I plan to go out. It's so annoying but it's sadly something that I am used to so I was happy to hear that I'm not the only one that goes through this.

I also found what he said about his apartment, and the feeling of how you really don't want to lose something, but don't realize it until it's threatened to be taken away to be very accurate. Since I have my own place now I get worried when my landlord comes over and feel the need to clean everything and make sure everything is perfect. I know it's not very rational but it's something that I end up doing because I just get worried with the 'what ifs".

Check out the video!

So that is it for today! I hope you liked this video! If you did let me know what your favourite part was and let me know any video that you think I should check out.

Take care! xxx
